She took her time with us, was very patient and informative, and her kindness was something that we had not ever quite experienced when contemplating any purchase at any retailer.

We had the best experience at Ashley. We worked with Casandra who was helpful without being pushy.. The furniture was delivered and I did not like the dark color. We went back to Ashley the next morning to see what we could do and Casandra and Matt worked it out immediately. They agreed to pick up the unused set we had and will be delivering a new set. Ashley Furniture is our “go to store“now. Thank you Casandra and Matt for great customer service.

I initially came in on Monday and made a purchase, but I ended up coming back into the store on tuesday Feb. 4th to show my husband what I had purchased the day before. I was looking around at another item, I was helped by another incredible sales associate Cassandra Pitts. I was having some trouble deciding between 2 item, but I ended up with a purchase. Cassandra gave me her number and told me to give her a call if I needed more information, long story short I ended up going the next day. Cassandra met me at the door and the rest is history!
