We came in late in the evening to look for a sofa for my daughter. Ms Pitts was very polite and helped us narrow our search. We walked back and forth between our selections without feeling rushed as the closing of the store was approaching quickly. Ms Pitts made the process easy and I appreciated her willingness to help and her lovely attitude.
The woman that helped us was phenomenal! She answered every question we had but was not over bearing while we shopped around the store. She was knowledgeable and such a beacon of love and joy.

My wife and I came in thinking this would be the first of several furniture stores we would visit before we made our decision on new living room furniture. We were greeted by a representative named Franco who asked us what we were looking for and if he could assist us, we told him what we had in mind and escorted us to the area where most of what we were looking for were located. He explained and demonstrated the cushions with removable covers that could be washed along of the padding in the cushions. We did one lap looking at all the living room suits and then got down to three possible. He asked how we were doing and he noted we had made a lap we said we are working on it and he left us to our process without any pressure. After another lap we decided on what we wanted to buy and Franco came over and we discussed what we wanted and what color. We went to the desk/counter and discussed discounts that might apply, this was on Memorial Day, and payment methods. He told us we should be contacted by 31 May to discuss delivery date and we paid and left satisfied with the experience.

Ms. Ody went above and beyond to ensure that all upfront costs on all items of interest were known to me. She gave me three options for purchasing the furniture that I was interested in and the time given was so appreciated. She is very knowledgeable about Ashley furninute; and when I was not able to be financed (due to little/no credit history), she provided me with the layaway option. Also, she created an account for me so I can save the list of furniture items that I desire to purchase at a later time. Whenever I return to this store, I only want her to assist me.
