When I walked in, I was greeted by a salesperson named Cassandra Pitts. She was professional and not pushy like some salespeople. She checked in with me after I had looked around and asked if I had any questions or if she could help in any way.

Our sales representative was very kind, explained what their warranties cover and what would not cover, went over the payment process and what to expect with furniture delivery and whatnot. She was highly knowledgeable and ensured us that the sectional we chose was a high quality one that we'd be very happy with. This was my first big furniture purchase and I was nervous but she was very reassuring through the whole process and that made everything much easier for me.
