When I arrived at the store a young man (a sale associate) by the name of Brandon Mize greeted me. Talked to me, concerning what I was interested in purchasing. Directed me to the area I was looking for. Then came to make sure I was finding what I needed. He was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. I enjoyed talking to him because he knew his products.
All of our questions were answered! Always a friendly staff and a great place to browse.

The salesperson, Brandon Mize, in Burlington, NC, was excellent. He was patient and knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining the many differences, similarities, and features of particular sectional sofas with me. Brandon thought outside of the box using his knowledge of the furniture sizes and features to find and configure any/all pieces that met the criteria I shared with him.
When searching the store we easily found what we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions but at the same time did not make us feel uncomfortable and pressured to purchase something.
