I was looking a bed with storage underneath. Esteban Kelcourse was the one helping me. He showed and explained the different hardware that some of the drawers have. Which if he hadn't shown me, I wouldn't have known. He explained to me the different type quality of the beds I was looking for.

I liked that we were allowed to walk around the store without having sales people in our face the entire time. He greeted us at the door explained the floor layout and after we looked around he answered our questions.

Our Sales Consultant, Kevin Collins was very professional and helpful. We were shopping for dining furniture, he showed us the display models that met our style, took time without trying to push us into a sale, then spent considerable time showing model options not in the store on a kiosk.
We did find a dining set we liked but decided to purchase a similar set from a competitor whose price was significantly lower that Ashley. We do appreciate Mr Collins time and help in our search.

Fast and easy. They let me look. Answered all of my questions. Then figured up my charges and gave me time to decide. I didn’t feel pushed or pressured to buy anything.
