I enjoyed my experience because Ms. Sandra Brown had given my husband and I exemplary customer service. She didn’t pressure us to buy as we looked around at the furniture in the store. She was helpful and very knowledgeable about the items in the store. It made such a pleasant experience browsing in the store. We will be back in a a day or two in order to make our purchase with her.

GOOD SERVICE... LIKE HOW THE SHOWROOM IS SET UP
Our salesperson, Sandra, was everything you want from a salesperson. She was genuine, honest, informative but not pushy. When we came back later that day to confirm our choice of mattresses, Sandra was with another client, but the store manager greeted us and said that he would be available if we needed anything before Sandra was done with her other clients. We were very happy to purchase two quality mattresses for a great price even after comparing with other mattress stores. We have bought from Ashley Furniture before and appreciate the consistent quality we find.

Our sales Lady , Sandra was knowledgeable and had a pleasant personality, not pushy at all . She made the experience a great one. All associates should be as nice as she is , she must love her job. The smile on her face made my day. We ordered furniture and will definitely shop with her again at Ashley. The other ladies at the desk in the back were very nice and knowledgeable as well . Thank you Ashley for keeping a great team.

EVERYTHING THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY NICE AND AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS,TOLD US ABOUT THE SALES AND HAD GOOD INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS WE WERE LOOKING AT.
