The lady gave us "breathing room," she did not follow us around like a hawk. She directed us to the area of the store of the product we were wanting to see then gave us time to ourselves to look at all of it before coming to see if we had any questions. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We appreciated her.
The pleasant staff and atmosphere
Sales rep explained the Features of the furniture pieces in detail and volunteered to tell me about the discounts that I might be eligible for plus she covered the warranty information. Most of all she was not pushy. Invited me to sit on each piece and try it out for myself to see how I liked it. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the furniture and the financing process.
