First off, they got me in to see them the very day I called them. That was important because I needed information about the status of my brakes as I was scheduled to leave on a trip the following day.

Secondly, they found the problem relatively quickly. (The vacuum pump was failing)

Then they determined that the part needed was under warranty. (So I retrieved my auto and set up appt. with my dealership)

The cost for their time and service was very reasonable. And lastly, the people that I dealt with there were professional and FRIENDLY. I will not hesitate to refer business their way and will certainly use their services myself when needed.

Clay was extremely helpful in understanding my needs on my vehicle. He was thorough but not pushy. I felt he went out of his way to make sure the work was done correctly.

Friendly service. They were prompt in giving an estimate of service and completing the work. Although I did not need a ride home, they had someone ready to transport their customers. I felt very comfortable using Christian Brothers.
