I spoke directly to the mechanic and he was very knowledgeable about my issue. Customer service was great. I also appreciated the honesty that I needed to see a dealer service as my warranty still covered the repairs needed. Unlike a couple of other repair places I've had dealings with, my vehicle was in and diagnosed within a couple of hours, not days. Overall it was a pleasant, not stressful experience.

Detailed explanation of repairs needed. Even though a few things were found that needed repair, they recommended of working on the critical items and holding off on other repairs that were not in immediately needed and were not a safety issue.
Also, I did not have an appointment and they took care of me the same day.
