There are many things I like about Virginia Green. I know that I can count on you. I know that if I want you to come back for any reason - you do. I know that if I ask a question, I can count on you to be honest. For example, I thought I needed to have my shrubbery fertilized. You sent a specialist out to look at my shrubbery and trees and said I did not need this service. I appreciate your honesty more than you know. If for any reason I have ever been unhappy about something you did, you made it right. I have recommended you to several of my friends and they are now customers of yours. I am currently working on someone now to change to Virginia Green. I know they will be as happy as I have been for these many years.
Salesperson was friendly, easy to pay online, good reviews online. I just wish I had been notified of when he was coming ahead of time. It messed up my schedule a bit because I have dogs I had to keep inside.

Mostly everything, however, I'm concerned about the use of temporary help during aeration and seeding time. I know you have to do it from an economic standpoint but, I'm not sure the temps understand how important it is to the homeowner that they give their all to customer satisfaction. I believe this past year was not as good as in years past. Namely, I have some spots in my yard that were not done properly. You should instruct the temps to be about business when on the job and not spend useless time on their cell phones. Nuff said.
You come through with every thing that you promise to do. You are thorough and your employees will take the time to stop and talk to us about our lawn. You obviously know your stuff because our lawn is lush and deep green. We spent decades (and I mean decades) trying to get our lawn where you have gotten it in just a few years.
Out of 10, I would give you a 20!!
