I work at home several days a week and am usually here when someone stops by for a service. I usually try to go out and speak to them, and they have always been really friendly and helpful with any questions I might have. I know they're very busy because they are moving fast, but they never make me feel like I'm bothering them. The few times I've had to call in to the office for something, the office staff was very helpful too. Bottom line: your customer service is exemplary. Keep that up and there is no doubt you will continue to gain new customers.
