The consistency of the treatments
I feel that the grass looks pretty good with the schedule that I'm on.... I do feel however that you shouldn't be charged for additional services if your lawn needs (ie grub control). I do believe aeration and overseeing should be extra. Anything that could harm your lawn from disease or pests should not.
