You know what my lawn and shrubs need to stay healthy eliminating any worries I may have. Plus I always thank to a live person when I call and I always receive a response to my questions or concerns.

I would to have a phone call the day before my yard will be treated in the Fall so that I can make an attempt to clear the leaves so that they aren't the ones being sprayed.

My yard looks great, the employees are always very helpful and knowledgable. They make sure I don't have any questions and take care of my dogs to make sure they are safe.

Willingness to listen and solve problems
The employees are great. The results are fantastic re: the chemical applications. I was not happy with the aeration and seeding this year. There were large areas where they dug up the existing lawn. Someone came by to repair but I don't think those areas will come back as they were before. I have since walked the lawn and found a few other areas. Don't know if I will spend eight hundred plus dollars next year to have it done again.

I like that I don't have to think about when I am due for a service-----that is totally in the hands of VG
unlike some other companies that over fertilize and charge extra for control of nutsedge, fungus, etc, you include those services with a more appropriate fertilization treatment.

Virginia Green representative always comes to door and lets us know they are here and what they will be doing. They are always friendly and polite. Our yard has never looked better. We've used other companies in the past, but never had a great looking lawn like we do now.
