Service technicians are great. I had a question about my lawn, and when the message was passed along to my technician, he called me with an answer. The techs also come when service is due and perform a thorough job. They should receive praises and raises (without raising my service rates, of course). Have also spoken with the office staff a few times, finding the people helpful and courteous. Just wish you would have better rates for returning customers who pay for the whole year at one time - a 10% price break would be better than the 7% currently offered.

Arrived exactly on time! Sprayed grass. Spoke long enough just to indicate issues the lawn had and how to be fixed. In and out, straight to the point. Exactly how I prefer a business to be. 10/10 for me

Been using the service since last spring and see a definite decrease in weeds. Also had VGLC aerate and seed last fall. Lawn is looking much better. Timely, always call.and let me know when to expect them. Reasonable cost.
