Last year I had a small concern that I entered into a feedback form like this one. Within a couple of weeks, one of your reps came to the house and checked out my yard explaining what was going on and how he would help the situation along with some things I could do. Your customer service has always been some of the best I've received from any company.

You handle all those chemicals for me. Your technicians are well informed and answer my questions.
Only complaint is when aeration tears up my yard if it is wet.
