I have been to many locations and it's safe to say, 12th st PF is definitely my home , always clean and equipment is always operable... Variety of equipment! Very large gym! The energy is always up and going when I step in here! Shout out to Jose for always taking care of his members !

Service was awesome greatly appreciated. I thought that I filled this out already. I guess I’m not sure that I did. This is like the second one I’m filling out I guess.
Pro: Great price, equipment rarely out of order. Equipment and workout area is clean.
Con: The women's locker room has ongoing plumbing issues, with out of order toilets and sinks. Also there is only 1 of 4 showers with adequate water pressure (last shower, facing showers, on right). The other showers water trickles out. Finaly there is inconsistent water temperature, frequently lukewarm water in showers.
Clean and all the equipment is new and in good working order.
Leesburg is clean and bright inside
The excellent customer service. It’s family friendly. Rome is the BEST club manager there is. He goes above and beyond for everyone that walks in to the door. Thank you Rome for all you do.
