Friendly team that can always be seen cleaning, which I greatly appreciate! Only feedback I would have is better dress code addressing. I see guys wearing cut shirts all the way down below the bellybutton (I don’t wanna see your nipples), guys wearing jeans and work boots, and even sandals on the gym floor. I’m all about being a little flexible on dress code but work boots are incredibly dirty and jeans can damage the equipment seats. I don’t want my equipment damaged.
It is close to where I live, clean, organized, great manager and employ's.

I haven't had worked out to very many Fitness Centers but you have a good selection of machines to get a good workout. I'm including Treadmills and Stair-Steps as well as weights. However, I would like to try some additional machines and I wonder if you have someone on staff that could help me pick the right ones and explain how to use them.
Vincent and Rebeca are excellent people. Mindy is an amazing personal trainer. Great work guys.
Gym is very clean and staff is very friendly
This location was the cleanest and most organized one I have visited. Huge area for Black Card Members, large locker rooms with plentiful showers, and again, very clean.

The whole front desk staff is amazing all they way down to the over night girl that’s there Monday thru Thursday she is amazing
Gym is staffed by friendly associates that also work hard to keep the entire gym very clean.

No one is rude or judgemental and very nice atmosphere workers were very nice and very helpful it was my first time there and the lady working was very nice and showed me around the whole gym and showed very thing that was available to me It was a surprisingly nice visit I enjoyed and will be BK more often

The gentleman “Connor”- he was very informative. His manners were beyond reproach! Kudos to him! Facility was very clean and sanitary. Tanning beds very cleaning and ready for use every time I am there. I have been a member since 2013- my mother died so I once was talked into another gym. So I left PF FOR ONE MONTH***** Big mistake. I did not like the factor that I to pay all be fees again and start over time wise. That’s was a downer! There should be a grace period. I was curious why is my black membership not accepted at other Planet Fitness gyms? I was told I could go anywhere to any one of them. And I did, but I was told I could not come there I was told I could go anywhere to any one of them. And I did, but I was told I could not come there. Nevertheless I will remain a Fan and supporter of Planet Fitness! All of the employees at PF WICHITA FALLS A+++++
I was pleased with the equipment, the cleanliness, the staff and that they had Tootsie Rolls at the desk.
I have been to multiple locations including, Hillsborough, chapel hill , Graham. Burlington by far is the cleanest location. I drive past the Graham,nc location just so I can go to the Burlington location. Between the cleanliness and how often the employees actually walk around to make sure the spaces stay clean surpasses all the other locations.
Only issue I have with Burlington,NC is how often the water filter is changed as of today 5/4/2025, the water filter indicator has been on red for almost 2 weeks (if it gets to red then water bottles should be available for free in my opinion). This is probably the most important thing in the gym and it tends to sit on red for quite an awhile. Other than that I don’t have any actual complaints.
As for recommendations, I would like to see 2-4 more stair units to be added in place for a couple of treadmills, 1 more Roman chair units and 1 more floor leg press.
It’s inexpensive and has good quality machines and weights.
