I have suggested this “several” times previously, but the difference is now I’ve switched gyms. My previous suggestions have met with deafening silence. Previously I had to travel @ 20 minutes to one of your competitors if I was up early on the weekend or Monday mornings, as Anytime was open 24/7, as the name implies. I kept my Planet membership for weekdays. However your distance advantage, as well as 24/7 disadvantage has been mitigating by a new competitor in my local market-they are not only closer but are also open 24/7. The market pressures will be met with voting feet. Are you listening yet ? PS my market is the Leesburg VA market.
It’s never too crowded when I go. And the staff do a great job keeping the gym and machines clean.
Very nice space, just wish there was an area to jump rope. Also, wish Planet Fitness would invest in supplying steam rooms/sauna rooms.
Close to where I was and very convenient!
I truly like the new layout of the gym. The new cardiovascular equipment is a little confusing for us older members but once we play with the equipment, its not hard to understand the flow.
The team is always there for assistance

it’s was great and friendly staff
I am 70 years old, but everyone was so helpful to me. No one made me feel bad for wanting to use just a couple of the machines. I am not a weightlifter, but would still like to learn how to build up my strength and be able to walk in a safe environment.
I love the shaker machine and the hydro massage beds!
The people that work there
Tiffany day shift employee. She should be in management. She is kind and very personable! Polite. Addresses all members. But states PF will not work with her hours.
Also if there’s multiple (3 or more) female employees working there should be NO reason that the only male employee working be designated to clean the female locker room!

EVERYTHING! Planet Fitness is awesome! The equipment is always up to date, the facilities are always clean, and the staff is always awesome.... NO MATTER which one I visit!

I have enjoyed my membership for almost a decade. All of your locations are well maintained and managed. Equipment is functional and operational. New equipment is available and cleaning is prioritized. Every aspect seems to be addressed and staff is helpful and professional.
What's not to like? You got great staff, a clean establishment and working equipment.
It was peaceful and everyone was minding their own business working out. And the facility was clean.
We have had a great experience with PF. And now that we have PF black card we love it! We love the tanning bed, hybrid stand up , and the hydro beds.

Been working out at the Bentonville location for over a year now almost every day. It has become a tremendous asset in my life and I love working out there. Gym is great and very functional. It never feels over crowded. The staff is very friendly. Really cant think of anything negative to say!
Very simple process
Clean, more than enough cardio equipment.
But please install an elevator so plus size people with bad knees can get upstairs. There is a lot of competition for resistance training equipment even at 4:30 am.
Also, being handicapped, I can only use the treadmills on the end of the aisle, yet these seem to be the most popular for the thin/fit people. Can they be designated for handicapped?
Love how friendly the staff is and how clean it is. So many workout options to choose from, my daughter and myself love going.
