Clean and always smells nice. Nice environment and set up. Flow of the machines are nice and grouped well. Tanning is always cleaned after each patron. Staff us always friendly and ready to assist even though their job keeps them busy and on their toes. It's smaller but has a better feel than other PF I have visited. The atmosphere is more relaxed and energetic and less intimidating. It seems more private and less like you are in a huge room on display. The locker rooms are more private and closed off feeling. The whole vibe is just comfortable. Parking is never an issue either.

Never crowded, plenty of equipment
It was amazing and very clean. You guys have the perfect machines not like Saginaw location they don’t have much at all. I live in Saginaw and usually I go to that gym since it’s by my house but now I am going to this one now since it’s more cleaning and much better machines.

The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. If anything is not available in the bathroom, staff members are sure to restock the missing items.
Everything is clean and kept in great condition in the gym. The weight machines tend to be in good working condition. The cardiovascular exercise machines are very abundant and also tend to be in good condition.

I would like to see “something” done about the numerous individuals who sit for extended periods of time between sets and watch TikTok and Instagram videos. This hinders those of us that want to keep the momentum up and get our workout finished.
I've been patron of Planet Fitness for over 10 years gone to different other gyms all I need is Planet Fitness, and their staff their teams are always polite professional and very accommodating. The facility is always clean and well put together which is very unusual for a place that has such a great amount of traffic going through there. Truly a great gym, no Nonsense just the way we want it.
