It's great! Ashe who works overnights is an overall great guy. He's great to talk to, he's great when I need to get a belt or extra workout equipment for my workouts. He has a lot of patience as well. The only downside of planet fitness in Ardmore is it ain't 24/7.

Friendly staff. Club is easy to come and go most afternoons. Still would like to see more large yoga balls available in stretching area. Overall, fun place to work out.
i liked that there are so many machines. I feel I want have to hunt or wait for my work out. I also enjoy that the gym is open 24/7. My schedule is all over the place and it's nice that there is a gym available that is open all any time day or night.

I like the fact that my planet fitness is not crowded. Also like the equipment which is fairly new. And best of all the staff is excellent, the bathrooms are clean and there's always plenty of solution and towels to wipe down equipment after use.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Not much that can be done about the gross people who consistently do not appropriately wipe down equipment or utilize 2 machines at once like weirdos. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, which I appreciate!

I appreciate the manager, Julie calling me asking me about some of concerns regarding the gym. She even gave me some suggestions when I have any issues while working out. I was also excited to hear about the remodel of the on that’s taking place in Sept.

It was easy to sign up everybody’s friendly. The young lady Alyssa went out of her way to show her the rope and I would definitely recommend planet fitness to others.
I love this gym. The equipment is new and has these cool counters on it for your reps. I also like the types of machines it has. t feels like it is for men or women. I wish there was a scale bc I like to weigh myself sometimes and would rather do it there instead of at home. Love the meditation pod. It is priceless and the smell vapors are phenomenal . Feels really nice and I look forward to it.The only thing that would make it better is if it was a pod with more screen. Don't get me wrong I am grateful for what it is still. Amazing. I like the massage chair but I wish I could tell it how tall I am. I am surprised that there is something that deeply massages you but you dont input your height. Perhaps it has sensors and it know already. The hydromassage knocks out anything bad you might feel and it is really enjoyable. Altogether great gym and I feel like I am getting a great value for money there thanks.
There was some problem with the air conditioning in the black card area. I'm hoping that the air conditioning will be repaired.
I like the staff. Super friendly every morning, even at 7am.

Staff is very nice and helpful
Staff are cordial, attentive, & accomadating. Facility clean. Equipment covers need to be maintained though - tears repaired/replaced.
