Clean, well run gym with plenty available equipment (if you go at the right times)
Always friendly faces when greeted at the door. Almost all equipment in good working order.
Every time I go to Planet fitness it's an amazing experience. Customer service is always great and machines are always clean. I truly appreciate the team members because, they make my experience always 10/10.

Great club, very clean and plenty of equipment. I also really enjoy the additional ammenities like the high end massage chairs, hydro massage and tanning

The facility is clean. Machines are usually open. The only issue that I have had in the past is that front desk staff isn't always there.
everything is great about the place
Becoming obsessed with the gym wasn't on my 2025 bingo card at all but we're here. I love the staff and their hospitality, especially those that know me by name. They go above and beyond and care of the wellbeing of everyone. It's been years since I've been this active and the environment at planet fitness makes it enjoyable every time.

I’ve been to several Planet Fitness locations, but the Farmers Branch location truly stands out—and it’s all because of the dream team they have here.
Jacob is absolutely amazing! He’s always smiling, super friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. Luke is cool, approachable, and always helpful whenever I have a question. Al is great, and both Delina and Brooklyn are incredibly professional and welcoming as managers. You can tell they care about creating a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Even though my home gym is technically another location, I chose to stay at this one not just because it’s convenient, but because the staff here make it feel like home. They’re the reason I keep coming back and pushing forward in my fitness journey.
Highly recommend this location—you won’t find a better team anywhere else!
