No judgment zone. Explanation of use of equipment. Could use more aerobics type classes. That would be an added plus.

Staff Friendly environment
This planet Fitness if very well maintained and clean. There is always someone cleaning and taking care of customers though out the day. Been to a few different locations and this one is by far the cleanest and friendliest I’ve been to. The girls up front also do a great job at welcoming in customers to workout
There is plenty of equipment and sanitation stations. The entire gym is clean including the bathroom. The staff are very professional, pleasant and always willing to help as needed.
The employees here are so nice and I love that they are open 24/7. I have planet fitness closer to me that have limited hours but I always choose to come to this one

Pretty clean - personnel/staff always putting things back in place and keeping things clean. Staff always polite and professional. Lots of room and equipment for work outs.
The staff is great. Facility and amenities are clean. Tanning beds and Red Light Therapy are worth the membership fee alone. Black Card Membership is a great deal. I bring a guest often

Planet Fitness has a lot of equipment and options to satisfy any workout routine. The gym and equipment is kept clean and organized by staff and members.

Good experience
I love Planet Fitness as a whole. But I don’t particularly care for the one located in Knightdale because the staff do not clean the cardio machines. They are always filling the sanitatizer bottles.. but never actually wiping down the machines. The treadmills have dried up sweat on the bottom.
I have been to a lot of locations and staff is always cleaning the machines. But not Knightdale.
And the music is always too loud.
