Always good. Just one thing. I had given my name and # a couple weeks ago to get some personal training started but have yet to hear from anyone.
Machines are always available, and I don't have to wait or miss out on using a machine.
We're happy to have the Wifi working. The facility is clean and well kept.

I’ve only been to a few PF clubs before this new location, and this one has been the absolute best. I love the floorplan, this is definitely my favorite out all the floorplans I’ve seen. I feel like there is just so much equipment and so many machines. What I wish would’ve been at other clubs is all here at this one. I feel quite spoiled at this gym. The staff is the kindest staff I’ve come in contact with. It just feels like a very friendly and judgement-free community here which does follow along with the slogan. Thank you for all of the work you guys put it to make this all happen. This is my happy place.

Staff very helpful. Huge variety of workout machines and all in new condition. Big fan of the aqua beds after workout.

I like the equipment pretty well. When I get the seat set to the right place (I should probably write that number down - LOL), the movement of the lift fits my body's movement pretty well. The machines give me a proper amount of resistance at every point throughout the movement, and I feel like I'm getting a good muscle-building & strengthening workout.

The employees are very friendly! They greet you as soon as you walk in. This has been the best Planet I’ve visited!
Equipment and facility are clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly. The hours and days I work out there are not too many people and it’s easy to get on the machines I need for that day.
Needs, could use a few more 45 plates for the smith stations.
Wants: a standing calf raise and a preacher curl bench.

It’s my second home , employees are super sweet and accommodating and treat me like family .
Very polite and friendly staff , my only complaint is please clean the tanning beds in between people , not everyone does it . I do use the cleaner in the room . Also if someone is showering do not mop the floors in the shower and push your mop into the stall someone is in. Makes it awkward.
