Easy but nice
Variety of machines
First time I was in, I was completely terrified to be there due to my weight and lack of experience in the gym. The atmosphere was completely non-judgemental and I have been going regularly ever since.
I like that the staff is very friendly. As a 69 year old, the equipment is perfect for my needs. Bathrooms are always spotless. My only disappointment is that gym bags are no longer allowed in the gym area. I carry so much in my bag, i.e. my phone, water bottle, ipad, gloves, towel, disinfecting, wipes, ear phones etc and i need them near me. Not sure why that is a problem and would like to hear back about that. Otherwise, I have no issues with the gym operation.

THE NEW STYLE MASSAGE EQUIPTMENT , IT WAS VERY CLEAN.
The front desk staff were courteous, the facility was very clean. The equipment was in great condition and the atmosphere was very conducive for me to have a great workout.

I hated my experience at Planet Fitness until I visited this 1 on Forest Lane.
The 1 on Plano Rd and Beltline in Richardson is full of prejudice staff who don’t like black people. They lie, ignore us, basically want us to show Id everytime we register to workout, wouldn’t help me learn how to use the equipment, kept ignoring me when I asked to use the hydrobed and made me show my membership status coupled with the looks of disgust and snappy impatient responses.
I hope I never experience this at the Forest Lane Facility. They were welcoming friendly and outgoing. Thank you

I love this club!!! Kiara is a great GM. She really leads by example. She is always taking care of something and on the go. Ben, Kristina, and Dee are always there when I come in for my workouts. They really make me feel like a valued member too. You can't beat the value either. The Total Body Enhancement, chair massage, and hydro massage really help me keep my self-care routine front of mind and easy to attain!! <3 PF!!!

I typically work out at 3am. The two girls that work this time of the day are amazing. They are a great team. The two of them are cleaning the entire time I am there
