I love everything! Everyone at the front desk is awesome. Encouraging, helpful, friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Management is amazing, as well. The club is super clean and everytime I am there, there is someone going around with the cart and taking care of things. If the water fountain has a problem, it's fixed very quickly. I love the black card spa and all.of its offerings. Bathrooms are always spotless. I am very happy !

What I like about my Planet Fitness experience are the following:
•The friendly and welcoming Club Manager, Team Players and Trainer;
•The attention to the cleanliness of the equipment, facility and locker/restrooms by the entire team; and •That it is a judgment free zone.

I liked that the people at the front desk are helpful professional but didn't like how the men tries to come in the woman's locker room unannounced regarding cleaning think they should wait and ask if all women are out the locker room to make sure they are fully dressed not all the men but some seem suspect with their professional behavior and the shower floors should be cleaned at all times but other than that it's a awesome place would recommend friends, family etc to join

Super friendly and professional staff. I feel welcomed every time I walk in. They always answer my questions.
One thing I didn’t like, I had received an email about a deal to “upgrade to a black card membership without a contract for only 24.00”. I proceeded to upgrade my membership through the app as the email said so. For some reason, the app didn’t want to let me upgrade. It gave me message to “contact in person”. So when I tried to get the deal in person, a team member told me “usually those emails don’t mean anything”. Something along that line. That sorry we can’t upgrade your membership without a contract.
Luckily, another team member called the manager (or membership specialist) to ask what they can do, and low and behold, after about 10 minutes of the manager (or membership specialist) digging around the computer, they decided they could upgrade my membership without needing a contract.
If it wasn’t for that one team member going ABOVE AND BEYOND to seek higher management for help, I wouldn’t have been able to upgrade my membership. That first team member completely denied my request and discredited the corporate email I received regarding the offer. Which would have been false advertisement on them; and a complete loss of trust between me and this gym. I really wanted to cancel my membership and find a different gym. One that holds true to their word.
Anyway, Planet Fitness needs a pool, hot tub, and a sauna.
Love the staff at the Farmers Branch location, Jacob is always so warm and friendly. This location is always clean and filled with happy positive energy. Out of all the locations, this one has always been my favorite.

Tanning!!! Love the tanning beds. Rooms and beds are clean, if not they do great at cleaning them before/after you. Friendly employees

My local planet fitness here at home. location 3801 NW Cache Rd, Lawton, OK 73505 is amazing. Always good people around me, people from all ages and backgrounds working out making a difference. The gym is clean and machines already always being forced and remain clean. I wish I could say that for other planet fitness I go to when I go back to San Antonio. But right now I live in Lawton Ok and it’s been wonderful. I can go to other gyms but planet has always treated me fair so I will remain here for a while

Farmers Branch location off Valley ln is always a great gym session. The staff make it a welcoming environment and do a great job at maintaining the facility. Absolutely the best gym I've personally been to. Let me add im currently a member at another gym and this one is definitely ran a whole lot better.
