Easy-to-use the equipment and work out is good
I have been a member at the Richardson Belt Line location for over a year and a half and can't say enough good things about this gym. The staff is professional and very friendly! They all work together to make the gym a clean, comfortable, and great place to workout! I highly recommend the Richardson Belt Line location to anyone that is looking for a gym and place to workout! Please give them a try! You will be glad you did!

I want to say thank you Danny for making planet fitness a great atmosphere to come to the gym again. It wasn't great until you came in and took over. Shirley is awesome as always and the crew you have now is soooooo awesome and friendly. It makes me feel really good coming to the gym. When I come I see smiles and get a hello everytime I come in .Thanks Danny and Shirley for going above and beyond. And please tell the whole crew to keep up the great job they are doing. I come in the mornings evenings and nights and every shift is great.

Ease of use and equipment availability
I like the easy check in system. The app that tells Joe busy the facility is at that time of check-in. I I really appreciate the cleanliness of the health club as well as the towels and cleaning solutions conveniently located near the equipment. I enjoy the friendly staff and how they take any concerns that I might have very serious with any equipment that might not be working properly.

Jessica, the Assistant Manager is awesome. Her customer service is top notch and she makes me feel like a valued member. She is always on her feet cleaning, arranging, and maintaining the gym, making sure it is as welcoming as possible.
