Variety in equipment, cleanliness, great staff
Francine has made a difference because she actually listened to some of our needs and got the equipment so we don’t have to spend time looking for it or waiting on it. She’s great. Would be nice to have the classes again. Also, bring back the cleaning crew. The gym is much cleaner with them.
The gym environment is very clean a little too packed and a lot of people taken up equipment waiting on others to finish exercising. Some broken equipment needing repairs. But overall not too bad. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are prompt on resolving issues that arise and are somewhat educated on fitness. Big round of applause for Viane who works the front desk. She does an outstanding job resolving issues with monthly payments and well informed on club membership deals.

Gym is always clean and well lit. Gym staff greets everyone by name at the counter when you scan in.

Clean, working machines, nice staff and the massage chairs are great . And best of all they are own 24 hours!!!

easy sign up. nice staff. very welcoming and chill environment for a newbie or a seasoned lifter. Diverse equipment and enough that most dont have to wait long. Clean as well

Overall I am please with Planet Fitness but do think the location in Richardson off Belt Line needs some work. The bathrooms are usually dirty (trash on the floors, hair and dirt in the changing rooms and showers) just overall subpar

I like everything about it. The staff is friendly. The equipment is well maintained. The wait times are VERY minimal!! Most of all…. The location is SPOTLESS!! The staff does an excellent job of cleaning!! I never see a spec of dust or dirt on the equipment, on the floors, in the restrooms… I love it!
