Excellent process from start to finish. Good communication, great work and cleanup. We've had them install 2 stairlifts in our home and couldn't be happier with the result.

We are very pleased with the installation and the product, chair lift, that 101 Mobility installed. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient. How to use the product was explained and they took the time to let us try it out before leaving. They also answered questions about other products that would help my husband stay in the home after he fell and broke his arm.

Free estimate at our home was done quickly. Josh was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Took our financial concerns and gave us the information that would help us make our decision. He didn’t try to “sell up” products to us.
Jocelyn was very helpful and called us back when she said she would. She was able to schedule our installation quickly. I was able to see the second floor of our new house within a week of receiving the estimate.
