Its the best

The chairlift is convenient when you live in a 2-story home. However, the batteries didn’t last too long as it stopped working when not in use for two weeks while on vacation.

We hired 101 Mobility to add an elevator to our house. We had the space and the pit for starters.
We, the Bonds, were pleasantly surprised at how smooth and professional the workers of 101 Mobility were throughout the entire process. Christian, who worked closely with us, made sure we were well-informed of the entire process and what we were to expect during this process. The workers made sure all our furniture and belongings were protected by their covers before construction started. The workers made sure our stairs were covered with a protective cover.
The carpentry work completed is "drop the mic" perfect. Walking into our house, a guest would not notice this new closet because the entire elevator shaft blends into the house design perfectly. We recommend this company with Christian and his elevator building crew. They were professional, considerate and respectful.

Great service and installation.

We love the product. The stairlift has saved us from moving a number of times. We have had it 7/years. It has never broken down. Even during Hurricane Harvey, we brought the chair upstairs and it worked for us many years afterwards. We just had it greased and we’re happy with Aaron, who came out to work on it, very professional and the condition of the chair and rails since 1915.

They respond quickly and they know what they are doing. Everyone that I have delt with has been professional and caring.

We really enjoy our stairlift! Excellent quality and very little maintenance required over the past 7 years. The customer service is excellent and the technician that comes to our house is very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
