Professionalism, knowledge, good workmanship, keeping me apprised of process from time contract was signed until the lift was installed. Any time I had a question or concern, Dennis was available or returned my calls in a timely manner. Never heard of Bruno or any other lift product until I needed one and researched. I liked what I read about the company history; family. A deciding factor for me was that 101 Mobility is locally owned.
I would recommend 101 Mobility to anyone in need of this type of home aide.

The installers were very friendly and very professional. They had our stair chair installed quickly and then gave a complete demonstration, giving my mom peace of mind as she used it. The product is nice looking, it’s not in the way and it’s easy to use.To not have to worry about my mother trying to walk up and down the stairs gives me great peace of mind also.

Patrick was my service tech and he was relentless in finding and diagnosing the problem. My elevator problem required some serious troubleshooting and Patrick would not stop until my elevator was running perfectly. I purchased a ramp and it was installed last week. I am very pleased with the ramp and the techs Dennis and Patrick could not have been nicer. It was a pleasure working with Dennis during my consultation. Dennis took his time measuring to see the best place to have the ramp. He never pressured us and answered all our questions.
