We purchased a stair chair lift. We were promised a one day installation. A two man team came out, on time, did the installation and we were in business in four short hours!!!!

Installers were courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I tried to use the elevator for the first time this evening, and it doesn’t operate. The green light and both white lights flash intermittently. The door is closed, and I can find no obstruction. Nothing in the manual explains or corrects it. I am sure it is something simple, but I will call the office on Monday and seek help. It operated fine when Jerry and the inspector were here on Friday.

Greg Hanna did an excellent looking at the various options and we are satisfied with the installation. Tyler did a fine job with the assemble. I do with the ramp matched up better with the sidewalk. I have to prepare an area where the ramp approaches the sidewalk.

Mike did an excellent job of removing, packaging and storing the two stair lifts which I no longer needed since my husband passed away three months ago. He labeled each box with the contents and neatly stacked them in a closet. Mike was efficient, pleasant and worked carefully and neatly- no mess! Thank you, Mike! In addition, whenever I called 101 Mobility, Jessica was very helpful and efficient. Thank you, Jessica!

Prior to the stairlifts being removed, I had contacted Greg with the information that a friend requested purchasing one of the stairlifts. Greg went to the friend's home to make sure the stairlift would fit. I was disappointed when he did not inform me that he sold them a new stairlift. It left me feeling just a 'tad' betrayed. I had to call the friend to learn of the decision to purchase the new product.

101 Mobility has an excellent product, along with a very good maintenance program. My husband was very pleased with the two stairlifts during the 2 1/2 years he was able to use them.

We are very happy with the lift installed. It's clean and easy to operate. The two gentlemen that installed the lift were polite, friendly, easy to talk to, and we're informative about the lift and any questions we had.

Installers Alex and Shawn communicated about their arrival time. They were very professional— respectful of our home, very precise about all aspects of the installation, and diligent about making sure everything worked properly. They fully explained our product, made sure we understood how to use it, and carefully went over maintenance and warranty information.

The retractable rail was a perfect solution for our stairlift because it allows our first floor bedroom suite doorway to remain fully accessible. The stairlift is also very easy for my almost 88 year old mother to operate.

After completing the work they made some minor adjustments related to basic wear and tear. Made sure all my questions were answered. On time with both Sales and Installation

I had to wait awhile for all the parts to come in which wasn't the fault of 101 Mobility but I think the part that telescoped into the runner should have been a part of the chair without paying extra.

The service tech was prompt called to let me know when he was going to be there. Seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing.
The receptionist was very professional on the phone.
