The other day Mobility 101 serviced my chairlift. The technician came in replaced my seat,looked everything over, cleaned the rail and replaced my batteries. He didn't like the way the chair was running down the track. So he went over tightening the rail. My chair rides up the track so much better. I am so pleased with the service I got. I will definitely call Mobility 101 when I need service in the future.

Dealing with 101 Mobility was a pleasure, from the sales call to the very quick installation less than 2 weeks later. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The stairlift has been a very helpful addition to our home.

I was donated a used Bruno Stairlift for my cousin who recently acquired cancer and hemolytic anemia and lost her mobility quickly. We installed the stairlift ourselves due to her limited funds since now unable to work. The phone operator was understanding and got us an appoint within 24 hours. The repair man, which I wish I remembered his name, was absolutely wonderful. He not only troubleshoot the stairlift but told us how to move the risers forward on the steps and gave us the information we need to keep it running. He went over the entire machine, made sure everything was right and installed a new fuse, checked the batteries etc. Gave pointers if anything were to go wrong and how to maintain the stairlift. All this was included in the $210 fee which is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and repairman. Thank you for being honest company,

The wheelchair lift looks great and performs as it desigined to. If you have a problem the service people are there the next day making the necessary repairs. In my case a loose connection from the factory. All in all we are very happy with the Savaria wheelchair lift
