I love my chair. It is so easy to use. My family has been very concerned that at some point as I aged I could fall down the stairs . . .Not a Good Option !!! They are very happy I pirchased it.

The young man who installed the chair was very friendly and professional. I have told several of our friends why I purchased the chair and how satisfied I am with it.

The chair lift is great!.. We want to thank Mitch for his excellent presentation and explanation of all the features of the Bruno stair lift. Rich did a superb installation job and was so very personable. He went above and beyond - removing our second handrail and then storing it in the garage as well as rehanging our paintings in the stairwell once the installation was completed. We experienced a slight glitch (due to our inexperience using the lift) and Jake arrived at 7:00 P.M. on 9/21 to remedy the situation. Again, above and beyond!

Jordan, the consultant, was very thorough in the examination of the location of the lift, answering questions I had, and setting my expectations for installation. The installation was done in a timely manner. Darrell, the installer, was very efficient, neat and tidy. I am very pleased with the experience and the product so far.

Representative called us around 9:30-ish and told us he was 10 Minurs away. Greatly appreciated his interaction re update of arrival time. Rich was very professional as he went aroud doing his installation job. Both Joanne & I were impressed with the speed he assembled things and showed us the operating door. He left us with a document about the door after showing us how to remove the covering and make adjustments to the door if we wanted it to remain open for a longer period of time. This was extremely relavent to gettig the door in the first place as I have to open the door before entering the ramp and then roll up the ramp and get inside before the door closes. We have been using the new automatic door all week (quitee opten) and really like the job that was dome.

The only complaint we had was the time we placed the order and the time a date was set to install the door. There was no real estimate given to us when the door would be installed, even after we made the 1/2 installment.

Wil use you guys (or at least consider you) on any future jobs we need.

The chair is a life changer for my husband! The equipment is of great quality, n the installer was professional, n very nice to both my husband n I.
