Positive points - knowledgeable, chatty, on time technicians. Probably one of the best stair lift companies. Negative point - there is no one available to fix a problem over weekends, which could be problematic, especially for those who live alone. Would appreciate it if the company could address and change a weekend availability issue.

I have only had the stairlift for a few days but already I am so glad I have it.

The elevator we had installed (Stiltz Triio) has truly been a blessing. It has allowed our daughter to have full access of the home and provided increased independence for her.

The team who completed our install (Alex & Rich) were phenomenal. The care and concern for our needs were expressed through their thoroughness and kindness each day they were on the job. The electricians were also great!
