All the staff was friendly & informative. Answered all my questions & installation of stair chair was done several days after I signed the paperwork. The installer gave me several tips on maintaining the chair to keep it running smoothly. This is the second stair chair 101 Mobility has installed in my house & I have no complaints & would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed this service.

From the initial appointment to get an estimate, Mitch the salesperson was extremely helpful in providing us with the information we needed to make an informed decision to purchase a Bruno stairlift. The installer, Joey, was extremely efficient at installing the lift and showing both my husband and me how to use the lift.
