Pleased from start to finish with the service provided by Granite Transformation. Our kitchen, looks brand new even though we only updated the worktops and had full height splash backs installed. I liked the fact that it only took two days from start to finish and it has literally transformed my kitchen. The fitter Ashleigh was very nice polite and constantly cleaned up all mess he made. He also seemed very conscientious . I only have one little complaint one of the joins in splash back is quite noticeable, if you run finger down it ,it feels slightly raised .
Product and installation are all very good. However we felt there was a lack of communication during the sales and order process. Possibly because we were not within the normal geographical area of cover. This meant that the usual sales process was not followed. At the end of the day, we are very pleased with the outcome.
