I found Granite Transformations to be very professional. The salesman was excellent and very knowledgeable. The documentation was all presented beautifully and well detailed. The date of my fitting had to be changed due to Covid but as soon as they were able to come into the home safely my appointment was re-aarranged and my worktops were fitted. I am very happy with them and the whole experience.

Friendly sales staff with no pressure in the showroom. Nice to see all the designs and available options. The quote was instant after the job was measured up. Fast service - kitchen worktops were fitted within three weeks. The acutal fitting only took half a day and the transformation of the kitchen was wonderful. Total cost was £4000 cheaper than a quote for a full kitchen makeover by a well known DiY store.

Within a week of visiting the Colchester Showroom we had our home visit with a gentleman called Ray. He spent time showing us product samples and various options, there was no hard sale what so ever!
A week later we were booked in to have the template made and the following week we had the installation by Sean. His attention to detail was very reassuring and it's clear he takes pride in his work.
During the whole process, we were keep up to date by a lady called Charley who was really efficient in dealing with any questions we had.
