Great company and product. They are very responsive if you have a problem/question. My horse is doing great on this.
Seems to be managing my horse's joints well. She'd been stumbling and going to her knees frequently prior to Platinum, and now does not. Her coat is more shiny than ever despite her grey color which doesn't tend to shine like bays and blacks. Her body condition overall is very good. I know some of these things are subjective, but I believe they're true.

I have been very happy with the Platinum Performance products I have used. I started one of my Corgis on CJ when he started having arthritis at 4 years of age. After a few weeks on CJ I realized that his floppy ear had stood up. This tells me that the CJ is improving the cartilage in his arthritic joint and his ear. While he has other issues now, at age 9, he is still on CJ and doing well with his arthritis.
All the products are made with top grade ingredients and the research that goes along with it, makes it the best on the market. Also, the colic insurance is well worth it. Believe me, I utilized it when my gelding needed surgery due to stones. Thanks

I really appreciated the follow-through from your staff. On recommendation, I ordered a 2nd bottle of the Skin and Allergy product but sadly it doesn't seem to be doing any more good than the 1st bottle. My mare's face is still loaded with bare spots and you can see where she's been rubbing her head against the fence. I finally had to resort to a Kenalog shot. I do like the GI formula.
I shall continue to order the GI formula in the future but no more of the Skin and Allergy.

That you do quality assurance on each batch and I feel confident in the supplement that I am feeding my horse. I enjoy that there is always competent support when I call in with a question. The fact that my horses look and feel great since starting Platinum CJ is also important for me. I appreciate your service, but to be honest, it is hard to know what they are doing for the horse, apart from what is advertised - I use them on the advice of my vet! :o)

I like that I can trust that the ingredients are high quality and acurate amounts. Your customer service is top notch most of the time. The only issue is that you are out of stock on things quite often, and I have had issues with not recieving my paks on time due to items being out of stock.

I wanted a supplement that helped my black cats stay black and not turn brown which most BC's do. This product has done that. It has also given all three cats a beautiful shiny coat.
I think this is a solid all around supplement fir my dogs! They like it too, one will eat it right out of my hands while the other needs it mixed in his food.
