He offered to stop in just an hour later! Very pleasant and courtesy had everything figured out quickly and I was set up with a water softener 1 week later. Overall, we're pretty satisfied with the neutralizer and softener. My only complaint is that y'all can't narrow down the time period when the salt delivery or technician will show up. Not always easy to dedicate an entire day waiting for them to arrive.
