Nice, polite, people come in your home and know there job they take the time to explain what is going on and if there is any changes in your water. We have great tasting water, any problems your are right here. We had a issue years back and I did one of these surveys and I let you know I wasn't happy you actually called me and told me how sorry you were on the issue and it was resolved, we didn't expect that phone call from you , It's nice to see a company taking care of it's costumers.

I like the softest water ever on this farm with lots of iron and limestone in the water. It is so much easier to clean with soft water, and the laundry is whiter and softer. I especially like the reverse osmosis system in the kitchen for all our drinking and cooking. The filtered water tastes so good!

I love that I can have my salt delivery on a regular schedule. I receive reminders in advance so I can check the levels and determine if I need the delivery. The delivery men are always pleasant.

Mason was an amazing plumber. He faced a rather complex job and did a particularly fine job resolving the problems. He asked for help when he needed it. But he developed a plan and executed it with patience and determination. And he cleaned up after himself! What a great guy.
