My family and I have been with Culligan, Winona MN for years. The staff is professional, respectful. They educate us when they service our products. We are grateful for their reliable knowledge and service.
The process from beginning to end to install our reverse osmosis system was absolutely excellent. The sales rep, Nate, was great at answering questions and responding to our needs. The scheduling process was very customer-centric as well. We are very happy with the RO system and the team at Culligan who served us along the way.
They always arrive on the day they have indicated far in advance.
The delivery person is always very friendly and very cautious when entering on sloppy days
so not to track in snow and mud.
