They take care of all my water needs to make sure my water is safe to use. They test yearly and deliver minerals and products as needed. It takes the worry out of having to deal with it. Thank you! would highly recommend if you have any water issues.

I don’t have to carry the salt and put it in. Let some young guy do that. Don’t have to go out and buy salt and lift it how many times.

Culligan installed my softening and filtration system just a very few years after I moved into my home that is in a very rural location with VERY hard well water. This has been well over 15 years ago and the installed unit has given no issues and the service I receive from Culligan has always been outstanding. Of course I get regular inspections and salt deliveries as needed along with changing out the whole house water filter in its system when the service tech arrives. The regular service takes little time and since the visits are pre announced, I don't even have to be home.
When I have questions for customer service the person answering the phone knows the answer and provides the info in an always very friendly manner.
Quite frankly, my entire history of involvement with Culligan has been outstanding and I honestly cannot think of any way Culligan can improve the service they supply.
