Robert arrived on time and after inspecting the yard he determined that the shrubbery was still too wet from the rain of the previous day to be able to provide an effective treatment. He recommended postponement and returned the next day to apply the treatment. Many other vendors would have applied the treatment while there the first time regardless of its ineffectiveness. We greatly appreciate his diligence in doing his job.

very dependable and anytime i have more insects, frogs, etc. i can call and James will come out and spray. my wife insists we have rats on the property. we do not have rats, we have a lot of frogs. James just goes alone with Marcy and will put rat bait in the area. just to appease Marcy.
I like that the same technician comes to my house each time so that I do not have to give the same instructions about shutting my gate abd where to concentrate wgen he sprays.

I have to problems they didn’t give me whatever they offer for recommending people to use there company. I recommend 2 customers I haven’t received nothing as of yet
Also they made a mistake in taking a payment one month and the next month no problem using same information but the company is charging me for the mistake. I don’t think that’s fair???
