Kevin Bogus was very responsive, friendly, outgoing, optimistic, in charge. Heck, he even came out himself and laid out the bait boxes (which have shown no sign of anything in 2 weeks checking). He convinced us that we need the termite yearly plan, which we signed up for. He helped in directing us to clear wood piles near the house and brush in the yard.
Jay was also responsive, and happy to explain answers to my questions. An up-beat man. Agreeable to coming back after I cleaned out a work room of kitchen moth infected items. He was referred to us by our neighbor, former Doraville Mayor Donna Pittman. She should get your $50 gift card for this referral.
Mathew who did the extrication and repair or however you put it was EXCELLENT! So mild mannered, calm, and thorough in his repair of our attic and crawl space.
Live office staff on the telephone sounds very bright and cheerful - almost too cheerful. Fake sweet, if you ask me. Tone it down a bit, young ladies.
CONS:
The person who did the terminate drills did so when we were not at our home. Felt a little invasive, so I'd call out the lack of communication on this.
Miscommunication started at the first phone call. I asked for rodent help. You sent Jay. Jay showed up wearing a canister. I said we have a rodent problem. He said there's been a mixup and I'll straighten it all out. It took about 4 more phone conversations to straighten it out, each person saying they would solve it. I contacted Kevin for his help, who said he would work it out. Wish that had gone smoother.
I do not like your robot woman's voice leaving me voice mails about service. Really!? Very off-putting. It sounds disinterested, mechanical, robotic, definitely not friendly in any way. I don't like it. A text would be better than that thing.
Hate Autopay. We've been hacked and identity thefted. Autopay is negative to us. We pay our bills on time. I will ask about being billed and change from autopay. It's a hackers gateway, in our experience.
