I like the reliability of the service. I don't have to call and schedule. You do the scheduling and then let me know when you are coming. Most of the time I don't have to be at home when you come. I like that most of my pest (bugs) problems can be handled by treatment outside of the house and the treatments seem very effective. Even during the summer, I see very little bug activity. But if I do have a problem I can call and the response is timely.
