Matt always reports in and meets me with a smile. His service is thorough and includes helpful advice about what's going well and what's likely to need my attention. For example, this time he noted that root rot was showing up in some shrubs that are included in the irrigation system, which should be shut off in that area, as mature plants do not need all that water.
