The latest problem with specific insects had a technician assigned which contacted me prior to arriving for the assessment and treatment of the property. The technician asked how and where the problem areas were on the property for him to understand what and where to look for the assessment and treatment of the property.
The management team handled the collection of the information about the insect problem for the property. They assigned the proper technician to perform the assessment and treatment of the insect problem.
The administrative support team handled the payment for services and sent the reports of the assessment and treatment of the problem from the technician to the proper people by email.

Our Technician, Javier, is very responsive as are the individuals who answer the phone if you need to call the office.
The techs that come to service my property are always very thorough with checking to see if there are any wasp or hornets nest and make sure that they are sprayed. They check the insect in ground feeders and if they need replacement that is done also. I am very satisfied with the inspections that are done.
