I have had Bug Out for several years now. I like the fact that they are prompt on the quarterly servicing with always a call ahead to let me know they are scheduled. John is always pleasant and professional. Any concerns I have are addressed and he explains exactly how he will address them.
And he always leaves with "if any issues come up, don't hesitate to call me".
The other day a young man from Aptiva was in our neighborhood, even though there is no soliciting allowed, and wanted me to switch. I was very adamant that I was totally satisfied with John and Bug Out. He was pretty insistent and so was I! Needless to say I am still with Bug Out!!!!
The employee who came to spray our house was super knowledgeable and so friendly! I forgot his name because I had a million things going on, but he usually works in Jax Beach South. Really happy with his service.
