I like being able to schedule my appointment when it is convenient for me. I also like the same tech coming for each visit, instead of sending whoever is available. Having the same tech facilitates a consistent inspection and follow-up plan. Scheduling the tech who is familiar with my home and the treatment plan that is already in place.
