The Tech always makes sure my dog is in the house before he starts work. He is very friendly and always asks if I've had any problems. The only bugs in my house are the ones that fly in while the doors are open.
That you send someone out when there is a problem
Service people always knock at your door to let you know they are there. They do a good job and answer all of your questions. They are friendly and in a good mood. (a rarity in today's world)
