Well first of all I rarely ever see a bug and when I do it's on it's back. The man that comes always has boots and a mask on. He is friendly and professional and tells me if I ever have a problem in between service to let him know..... I am a satisfied customer

The technician is top notch. I do not like the way you set up appointments!! When I signed with your company you said I would always be able to make my own appointments!!! Now that is not the case! Not happy at all with this prescheduled program you have. Customers should have input about the time you come to their homes.
