I think the bug service is good, however the fertilization didn’t seem to help my yard much and it was costing me $67 a month for that and $37 a month for the bug spraying. Too much for too little.
My technician Joe is an expert always with help to tell me how to make my lawn better explains everything he does always checks in with me to let me know that he's at my home great job
The employees just go about their job but are willing to discuss if I ask for advise. They must be doing their job because, no inside pests, the yard looks great and termite report is favorable every year.
I am only ranking you a 10 because I of who came out to do my lawn and shrubs. Stephen Loberg does an exceptional job taking his time to see that everything is properly treated. Meanwhile our former tech Dan races through the job and doesn’t seem to care. He seems to be interested in how many houses he can get done in a day and not the quality Of his work.

They are friendly, good communication, and do a great job. They let me know ahead of time when they will arrive. The worker always knocks to see if we have any problems and lets us know that he will be spraying. They do a great job. I like that we get a follow-up report. They have excellent customer service.

I like that Arrow contacts me to let me know prior to a service call and follow up with a summary of the visit. The only thing is the billing , I have a hard time keeping tract of what I owe since I've received multiple bills or the same thing.
Since starting using you our lawn has never looked better.

I love the reliability and caring your company has. I never have to remind you that it's time for a service. You let me know ahead of time when you will be here. I like that the service people knock on my door first and explain to me what they will be doing. If I am not at home they leave notices of what was performed. No other company has done these things. Keep up the good work!
